Joe Vitale’s Desk Is Privy To Some Interesting Material

April 16, 2011 by Patrick · Leave a Comment

This is a very quick post, to confirm that Joe Vitale’s desk (see my previous post) led to worthwhile material. I haven’t had the time to listen to much of the material yet, or read it properly, but even the first introductory MP3 from Joe was worth buying the course for.

I haven’t time to write more than this just now, but wanted to let you know in case you’re unsure.

I don’t particularly like the way the product is promoted and after you buy there are 3 upsells before you reach your product, so take a look at them on the way, or just skip them if you wish. My wish is that marketers would start to be more upfront and mention that they’ll be making more offers after a purchase is made, just so that you expect it – otherwise it just takes away from feeling good about the decision to buy the product initially.

I’ll be back soon with more of the nitty-gritty, have a great weekend :-)

Joe Vitale’s Desk Has Something To Tell Me

April 13, 2011 by Patrick · 1 Comment

Wealth Trigger

I don’t know about you, but when I see the words “from the desk of …” it makes me smile and usually move on. Yesterday, when an email arrived for me, I continued on for two reasons. The first because it came from Mind Movies, who I feel offer one of the few good products in the self-development field, and the second because it was about a product from Joe Vitale, who I find interesting even though I’ll confess to being unsure about him.

Anyway, before moving on to the contents of the email, I’d like to expand on my amusement over the phrase “from the desk of …” It all stems from thinking about those words and imagining that it is, in this case, Joe Vitale’s desk that is communicating with me, which I’ll think you’d agree appears to be a somewhat bizarre notion – unless you happen to be imbibing excessive amounts of alcohol or some hallucinogenic drug.

However, the thought then passes that maybe Joe Vitale’s desk has a lot to tell, after all it is privy to information that never reaches the realms of the printed word or internet, as he types or even writes his thoughts. It may well see Joe in a more revealing mode, where he is experimenting with possibilities, forming ideas that emerge in his mind, before he hones them into a form that appeals to the masses he writes for.

I only think this because I often have ideas, imaginings, fantasies, call them what you will, about the nature of reality and they are often far too extraordinary to share with any other than my closest ‘alternative thinking’ friends.

Anyway, I digress from the intention of this article which was to look at what Joe Vitale’s “desk” actually had to say to me. I’m making notes, typing two finger slow style, as I read through the page that the email suggested I should visit.

I know this will all undoubtedly be leading me to an irresistible offer to purchase something (or putting me in the funnel, as internet marketers like to call it – sounds like some kind of factory farm!), but hopefully on the way I may find some genuine gems revealing some things of true value.

The desk starts off by assuring me that I’m in the right place if my immediate interest is becoming financially free, which funnily enough is a fairly major consideration at this moment – hence my reason for opening the email entitled “The Wealth Trigger”. So nothing new at the moment, I get far too many emails promising me the same with unrealistic ways of doing so, usually involving me in parting with substantial amounts of cash to discover the secrets that have never been revealed before.

I read further and Joe’s desk tells me about how some people seem to do all the right things and are poor, while those who do the opposite might be wealthy. This is so true, not always, but many times. I have experienced the same in my life, when I was younger I worked every hour I could, almost every day of the year, in fact never took any kind of  holiday for over 5 years while building a business and yet really had nothing to show for it – although I’ll admit I enjoyed myself most of the time.

Now we’re heading to the detail, as we pass swiftly over Joe’s credentials, his impecunious start before he discovered the reasons why his life was so grim and then turned it around and became hugely wealthy. Not forgetting that this is Joe’s desk informing us of all this, it tells us that there are 3 secrets … and you’ll have to go to the sales-page here to read them all in detail, but the first secret is one that I believe and yet few people discuss.

It is cellular memory, which is essentially what it says, the memory retained within each cell of your body of some past event. In a broader interpretation, I feel that probably each cell holds all information and not just in a specific part of the cell but everywhere, in the same way as a hologram. In essence, the body is energy, not the apparent physical matter that we see. Beliefs and experiences effect our energy flow and consequently the cells of our body.

I have become certain that the only way to change some deep-seated repetitive patterns is by alteration at a cellular DNA level.

I’ll leave it at that for the moment. I have just purchased the inevitable offer that came at the end of the page and will write my impressions on the product shortly, including the overuse of upsells that follow on from the initial purchase. I am moving home yet again in a couple of days – have been leading a somewhat nomadic lifestyle for the last 18 months and will be relieved to settle in a place to really call home. This may delay my follow up posts, so if you’re eager to find out for yourself immediately then head over to the sales-page for The Wealth Trigger and get it now, as usual there is a money back guarantee and the links, should you decide to buy, will earn me commission … but rest assured that will not be influencing me to write anything but a personal unbiased view, if it’s no good I’ll be asking for a refund, if it’s brilliant you’ll soon know.

Yuri Gagarin – Remembering the First Human in Space

April 12, 2011 by Patrick · Leave a Comment

It was 50 years ago today that Yuri Gagarin became the first human to reach the lofty heights of space … to infinity and beyond anyone?

He was only 27 years old at the time and I was an 8 year old schoolboy – amazed at such wonders, although far more pre-occupied with my own life to really understand the achievement.

Unfortunately, Yuri is no longer on this Earth, as I am sure he would have grown into an even more amazing man. He died at the age of 34, while on a routine training flight in a MIG-15. I have stood next to and touched a MIG-15 and remember being in awe of anyone who had the nerve to get into such a basic aircraft and actually dare to see if it would fly!

Yuri Gagarin was obviously an extraordinary person, but the truth is he probably didn’t possess any more raw material to work with than any of us, it is just that he chose to excel and believed he could.

Here is a short excerpt, taken from a PDF on the the NASA website, in which some of Yuri Gagarin’s character is explained:

“Gagarin would never try to ingratiate himself, nor was he ever insolent.”

“fantastic memory; distinguishes himself from his colleagues by his sharp and far-ranging sense of attention to his surroundings; a well-developed imagination; quick reactions; persevering, prepares himself painstakingly for his activities and training exercises; handles celestial mechanics and mathematical formulae with ease as well as excels in higher mathematics; does not feel constrained when he has to defend his point of view if he considers himself right; appears that he understands life better than a lot of his friends.”

It would seem that he was focussed and sure of himself, but not arrogant with it.

Self-belief is invaluable in our quest for Universal Riches and Yuri Gagarin has shown what can be achieved if we are prepared to go above and beyond average behaviour.

The Universe is Waiting

March 27, 2011 by Patrick · Leave a Comment

The Universe is waiting patiently for me to make another post, so what a pleasant surprise it must have had today!

Seriously, after a quick start, life decided that there were a few other things requiring attention and time passed swiftly by … maybe you know what I mean. Rather than attempting to make a worthwhile post every day, I shall post a handful of times each month. If there are any specific topics you’d be interested in reading about, or if you have any seemingly unanswerable questions, then please comment and I’ll ask the Universe!

A few topics underway are: The Law of Attraction (and why it doesn’t seem to work), Joe Vitale (does he really know about The Law of Attraction), Bob Proctor (is he just a very successful salesman), The Secret (how come those involved now say it was lacking something), Is there a Secret behind The Secret, The Healing Universe (looking at Reiki, EFT and energy based healing) and many more.

There are many products in what can be generally referred to as the LOA (Law of Attraction) field and while most may not go far enough to provide real solutions, they can be worthwhile stepping stones, leading us to The Holy Grail of self-realisation (or self-realization if you’re not English!) So, while The Secret (for example) may not provide what it appears to promise, it does have genuine value in providing an approachable, entertaining view of the LOA, awakening possibilities in the minds of far more people than more esoteric discussions on the subject do.

Keep smiling and have a fabulous day, The Universe is ready and waiting, you only have to ask :-)

The One Command

The One CommandAsara Lovejoy has written a book called The One Command, which I shall be reviewing soon. In the meantime, I wanted to post the link so that you can take a look and see what you think. It’s all a bit glitzy and lots of opportunities to buy endless products, but having said that, the paperback and CD, or ebook and MP3, is very reasonably priced at $24.95. Link The One Command (non-affiliate).

Alternatively, those of you in the UK  can buy the book from Amazon for less than £10 including postage.

The Universe in Disguise

August 17, 2010 by Patrick · Leave a Comment

… as yet another formula sales page!

If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably become a bit jaded by the formulaic sales pages on so many sites. Actually, they are often enough to make me press the delete key, or scroll quickly to the bottom to see what the ‘Add to Cart’ figure is and whether I can get a no quibbles refund! However, pause for a moment or two before you do so, check how you feel, is it just a reaction from having been misled so many times, is the topic itself interesting? If so, then at least scan the main offer (before all the fabulous free bonuses), to see if it gives you a shiver down the spine, or whatever your indication of a good connection is – another topic to cover.

The formulaic sales page has been used so much because it produces the desired results, more cash in the coffers of the vendor, even if that sales page alienates many people who would genuinely wish to buy and benefit from the product, it seduces far more who end up clicking the buy key. Sometimes, it could just be that the vendor is not really clued up on ‘all this internet stuff’ and is guided by others who are more savvy and fail to explain that it may well drive away the very people they’re really hoping to reach.

All that we need to do is drop our prejudices and preconceptions, feel the moment and buy, buy buy!!! Only kidding, but don’t be put off by something just because it’s over-marketed, anymore than you should be influenced to not buy something because the packaging around it is poor. Discernment is a wonderful word.

Now, while I shall be linking to various sites, I would like to say that you don’t need any of them, I’m sure by now you realise that the only thing you need is me … to tell you that ‘you only need you’. Honestly, wouldn’t it be strange if the abundant all-loving Universe decided that its wisdom should only be dispensed through a few select individuals who could charge whatever took their fancy. Humanity, being as it is, tends to look outside for solutions and if this somehow leads us to understand that we should be looking inside, then it is worthwhile.

Rest assured though, that I will not be seeking to charge for my profound wisdom, it is free and will always be … but only for the next 48 hours when the price increases threefold! However, I reserve the right to accept any freely given donations and may even benefit from the dreaded ‘affiliate link’, but I shall make some effort to provide a non-affiliate link to click as well. Integrity is more important than a few dollars (or even a few million dollars, come to that) and you won’t find any recommended links that I don’t feel are worthy.

Universal Riches

July 20, 2010 by Patrick · Leave a Comment

The Universe

The Universe offers an abundance of riches, not just metaphorical, but real. These riches are there for us to have, if we so wish. Unfortunately, most of us are unaware of the existence of these riches and even if we are aware to some degree, the difficulty seems to be how to access them, so they remain untapped, waiting for us to find the key … or perhaps, no key is required, the treasure chest is open and we need only lift the lid to discover untold wealth, in all of it’s manifestations.

The intention of this site is to offer some guidance as to how we can tap in to this wealth. I’ll be writing my own articles on this and also be taking a look at some of the numerous offers of guidance that are available on the internet, but shall avoid the ones that I feel are less than genuine, there is no point in dwelling upon them, instead we’ll focus on those which can bring real benefit. I shall also be looking at the better known names, such as; The Law of Attraction, The Secret, Cosmic Ordering etc and why it is that they just don’t seem to work for most people. Many of these will be ebooks, audio, video and courses, some will be free, some will require a King’s ransom – probably best to not pay the ransom in that case, but find what fits your needs and your pocket. Most importantly, be guided by how you feel, what suits one person may not suit another, there is no ‘one way’ and even the dubious offers (though I shall do my best to avoid them) can bring change, who knows what may spark the flame to burn within each of us?

Now, contrary to what many teach, I believe that instant change is possible in our lives, it always seems a little strange to talk about an ‘anything is possible’ Universe and then to introduce limits. The only limit is that which we hold as being so, otherwise literally anything is possible. I’ll be writing about this, some time soon, as you have undoubtedly thought of a few limits already, to prove my assertion incorrect!

So, come with me now and let’s express our true infinite richness, thus allowing our planet to become what it is just waiting to be.
